On Friday, April 15th, I will be participating with my fellow classmates at Ipswich Middle School in our annual Walk for Hunger, which has been a tradition for over 30 years. During this event, the entire student body and faculty will walk nearly ten miles out to Great Neck and back in an effort to raise awareness about those who struggle in our community to consistently put food on their tables and to help raise funds to support the Ipswich Community Food Pantry. Our Ipswich Community Food Pantry worked diligently through the past year and served 813 people with 286,000 pounds of food.
Just a small donation will go a long way to helping me meet my goal for The Open Door/Cape Ann Food Pantry, Inc.
